Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 (before taxes) in Canada.
For orders of $75 and less, a delivery fee of $9.95 applies in Canada.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-9 business days . (Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)
Orders are shipped via Canada Post .
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order from the carrier's website.
Olivia & co declines all responsibility for delays, loss or theft of products once they have been handed over to the shipping services. In addition, we are not responsible for address errors provided when ordering. In the event of a return of the package due to an invalid address, additional costs will be charged for its reshipment.
Once your package is handed over to Canada Post, any questions or information regarding delivery should be handled directly with them.
Order
To modify an order after making the payment, you can write to us at info@oliviaco.ca so that we can check. If the order has not been processed it is possible to modify, however if the order is already processed we cannot modify or cancel it.
Promo code
Only one code is valid per invoice.
Return/exchange/refund
All our jewelry is final sale. It is therefore not possible to return, exchange or request a refund. It is important to read the descriptions carefully in order to choose the right size. We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. In case of a problem or error in your order, please write to us at info@oliviaco.ca so that we can resolve the situation.
Guarantee
All regular priced jewelry comes with a 3-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, stains and breakage caused by neglect, are not included in the warranty conditions. If you are wondering if your jewelry breakage is covered by the warranty, please contact us by email at info@oliviaco.ca and we can confirm if it can be repaired.
